To book an appointment, please log-in to the patient portal using the email and password you used to set-up your account. If you are a new patient, please create a portal account first using your preferred email and password. Online bookings can be made as short as 4 hours prior to an available appointment time; however cancellations MUST be made 24 hours in advance (or you will be charged full price for the missed appointment). If you don't see a time that works for you please add yourself to the wait-list to be notified of any new openings that occur. You will be contacted via text or email if an appointment spot opens during your specified availability. All appointment reminders are automated through the booking system, please do NOT respond to them directly as they will not be received by the office. If you need to reschedule an appointment outside of the 24-hour window or have any other questions, please contact the office directly via text/call at 847-750-4325 or email at jen@gojourneytowellness.com If you are feeling ill with a sore throat, cough, or fever, please call to reschedule your appointment.
