This session utilizes all of the same techniques in the custom therapeutic thai massage with the edition of hot herbal compress. The benefit of adding hot herbal compress to your treatment session is to further reduce muscle tension and pain and inflammation by increasing the blood flow to the tissue, improve circulation, and promote relaxation and healing through the use of both heat and herbs targeting those goals.
