NEW PATIENTS: You will only be accepted into the ACUPUNCTURE clinic, we are NO LONGER accepting new massage therapy patients. To schedule a new patient appointment, please create a portal account first, then select "Initial Acupuncture Assessment: 90-Minutes" under the new patient category. You will receive an email confirmation and a link to complete the online health forms prior to your visit. Follow-up acupuncture sessions can be either 60 or 90-minutes dependent on how much supplementary care you would like to include (e.g. massage, cupping, moxibustion, electroacupuncture, ear seeding) during your session in addition to the acupuncture. Any attempt to book an appointment other than a new patient appointment will result in cancellation. RETURNING PATIENTS: You may continue to book massage or acupuncture services. To book an appointment, please log in to the patient portal. Please note, if this is your first acupuncture appointment, you need to first book the "Initial Acupuncture Assessment: 90-Minutes" under the new patient category. You will be emailed a link to complete a revised health form and consent in the patient portal. Follow-up acupuncture treatment visits can be either 60 or 90-minutes dependent on how much supplementary care you would like included (e.g. massage, cupping, moxibustion, ear seeding) into the visit in addition to acupuncture. Online bookings can be made as short as 2 hours prior to an available appointment time; however, cancellations MUST be made 24 hours in advance, or you will be charged for the missed appointment per the clinic cancellation/reschedule policy ($45.00 for 60-minute visits and $70.00 for 90-Minute visits). If you don't see a time that works for you, please add yourself to the waitlist to be notified of any new openings that occur. You will be contacted via text or email if an appointment spot opens during your specified availability. All appointment reminders are automated through the booking system, please do NOT respond to them directly as they will not be received by the office.
